We're aiming to break the stigma on mental health and promote the importance of life, through spreading awareness on Suicide Prevention.
Every September we share messages and information backed by the CDC on Suicide Prevention. This year, we're sharing a few positive messages you can share on social. Our goal is to spread positives that normalize getting help and discussing our mental health in an effort to prevent suicide in our community and beyond.
